The controller of personal data collected through orvexana.com is Orvexana S.A., CUIT 30-71918452-3, with registered office at Av. Alicia Moreau de Justo 1750, Floor 4, Puerto Madero, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic. You can contact us at hola@orvexana.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect data you voluntarily share with us through our forms (name, email and message) and the usual technical browsing data (anonymised IP address, device type, pages visited). We do not ask for nor store sensitive financial data in this public version of the site.
3. Legal basis and purpose
The legal basis is your explicit consent, as established by Argentine National Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data. We use your data to reply to enquiries, send information about projects you're interested in and improve service quality. We never use it for automated decision-making.
4. Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell nor share data with third parties for commercial purposes. We use infrastructure and analytics providers located in the European Union and the United States, in countries that meet the adequate level of protection required by Argentine regulations.
5. Retention
We keep the data as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, otherwise, for a maximum of twenty-four months from the last active contact. After that period we securely delete it.
6. Rights and opt-out
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, erasure and objection by writing to hola@orvexana.com. You also have the right to file claims with the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (A.A.I.P.), the supervisory authority for Law 25,326.
7. Information security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: TLS encryption on all connections, role-based access, periodic audits and secure development practices. No system is infallible; we recommend strong passwords if you ever create an account.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The last-update date is always shown at the top and we notify by email when changes are significant.
